If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Our 30-day return window gives you longer than that.
How to return an item
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We will reply with the return instructions and address.
- Pack the items securely, in their original packaging where possible, and send them back.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items, to your original payment method.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we will arrange the return at no cost to you.
Warranty
Our tools come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a description or photo of the problem.
