Order processing
Your order is processed once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email with your tracking number when it is dispatched.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time for your order is shown at checkout. Deliveries can take longer during sales periods and public holidays.
Tracking your order
Use the link in your dispatch email to follow your parcel. If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will look into it.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived by the estimated date, contact us with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
