What is covered
Faults in materials or workmanship that appear during normal use.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts such as blades, bits and discs.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or not following the user manual.
- Tools that have been modified or repaired by someone else.
How to make a claim
Contact us through our contact page with your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo or video if possible. We will reply with the next steps.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
